Kyle Cooper

CEO

Kyle is the Founder of ACT Power Services and brings over two decades of experience in power generation operations and maintenance. He holds a BS in Nuclear Engineering, an MBA, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina.

Before founding ACT, Kyle served as Vice President of O&M at Cypress Creek Renewables, where he helped build and scale one of the largest solar O&M organizations in the U.S., developing core technical, operational, and back-office capabilities from the ground up. He began his career at Duke Energy in nuclear operations and engineering, including serving as System Engineer, a licensed Senior Reactor Operator, and Operations Shift Manager.

Kyle’s background across nuclear and utility-scale renewables brings a unique safety-first, performance-driven operating mindset to ACT’s platform.


Becky Cooper

Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel

Rebecca is a North Carolina–licensed attorney and mechanical engineer with over 10 years of power generation experience. She earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a J.D. from Campbell University School of Law, where she served on the Campbell Law Review and graduated magna cum laude.

Before beginning her legal career, Rebecca worked as an engineer at Duke Energy’s Brunswick Nuclear Plant, where she monitored and maintained critical plant systems and ensured compliance with federal regulations. She has since gained professional legal experience as general corporate counsel in litigation, compliance, construction law, and intellectual property. As a founding member of ACT, Rebecca has been involved in developing and growing the business from day one and has negotiated over 10 GW of solar O&M contracts along with numerous other agreements with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

As ACT Power’s Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, Rebecca blends her engineering background with her legal expertise to bring a uniquely informed perspective to solar O&M and regulatory compliance.


Mallory Fountain

VP, Finance & Administration

Mallory holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Entrepreneurship from Mars Hill University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and was inducted into the Alpha Chi National Honor Society. She later earned her Master of Accountancy from Western Carolina University while working in public accounting.

Mallory began her career with four years in tax and two years in audit before transitioning into corporate accounting to broaden her professional impact. She now has 20 years of experience across accounting, finance, and management, with expertise in financial analysis and reporting, forecasting, team leadership, and cross‑departmental collaboration.

Her combined experience in public and corporate accounting, alongside her strong analytical and operational leadership skills, strengthens ACT’s financial and organizational foundation.


Jared Kirk

Chief Commercial Officer

Jared Kirk is the Chief Commercial Officer at ACT Power Services. In this role, he is responsible for driving ACT’s revenue, market growth, and overall commercial strategy.

Jared has 15 years of professional experience in Power Generation. Prior to ACT, Jared served at the VP of O&M at Cypress Creek Renewables, managing over 4GW of solar power plants located in 24 states. Jared also served as the VP of Asset Optimization for the Cypress Creek owned fleet, driving performance improvements across 2.5GW of solar facilities. Jared began his career at Duke Energy serving as a project manager for design and execution of ~$1B in capital projects. Jared holds a BS from North Carolina State University and an MBA from UNCP.


Riz Sahib

Senior Vice President, Technical Services

Rizwaan Sahib as the SVP of System Control & Compliance leading services for Control, Center Operations, Operations Technology, Engineering and Compliance for ACT Power Services. Rizwaan’s focus is developing and delivering quality technical services for clients as energy markets, technology and regulatory environment evolve, finding ways to create value for clients by optimizing operations and enabling commercial and financing strategies.

He joins ACT with over 20 years of experience in Renewable Energy Operations, Commercial Strategy and Sustainable Finance. Rizwaan previously worked in operations roles at the California ISO, where he supported the integration of assets into system operations and markets.

He led operations, technology, and asset‑optimization teams at Brookfield Renewables, serving as Chief Technology Officer. As a Practice Lead at BDO, he held full P&L accountability and supported clients across North America with project finance and energy‑transition strategy.

Mr. Sahib holds a Master of Business Administration & Technology and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering / Power Systems.


Travis Dees

Senior Vice President, Field Operations

Travis Dees is the Senior Vice President of Field Operations at ACT Power Services. In this role, Travis provides strategic oversight of ACT’s field operations, training, and fleet management.

Prior to joining ACT Power Services in 2025, Mr. Dees was the Senior Vice President at Pine Gate Renewables, Senior Vice President of Operations for Pearce Renewables and Senior Manager of Operations for Brookfield.

Mr. Dees holds an Associate Degree in Construction Management from Cuesta College.


Max Isaacs

Chief Operations and Safety Officer

Max Isaacs is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in field operations and safety across the renewable energy sector. Most recently, Max served as the Senior Vice President of Safety, Quality, and Commissioning and Master Electrical Officer at Blue Ridge Power. He has a proven track record of strengthening safety protocols and driving operational excellence. His prior experience includes overseeing safety and training initiatives at Pure Power Contractors and Cypress Creek Renewables. With a strong foundation in photovoltaic system design and commissioning, he excels at developing training programs, ensuring compliance, and leading teams in high stakes environments. Max holds a master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Georgia Tech, is a Board-Certified Safety Professional, and maintains active Electrical and General Contractor licenses in more than a dozen states.
