KYLE COOPER
CEO
Kyle has over a decade of power generation O&M experience. Kyle has a BS in Nuclear Engineering, an MBA, and is a licensed professional engineer in NC. Immediately prior to joining ACT Power Services, Kyle was the VP of O&M for one of the nation's largest solar only O&M providers at Cypress Creek Renewables. At CCR, Kyle was responsible for a portfolio comprised of over 3GW of solar facilities located in 18 states and a work force of over 100 personnel located in 12 states. Kyle began his career with Duke Energy, where he gained experience in nuclear plant engineering, maintenance, and operations.
JUSTIN AMASON
COO
Justin is a licensed electrician in NC, SC, GA, TX and eligible for license reciprocation in many other states. Justin is a veteran of the solar industry with various roles and responsibilities from: installer, electrical apprentice, crew leader, and Master Electrician. Most recently, Justin was the Director of Operations for Cypress Creek Renewables (CCR) dating back to 2016. In this role Justin helped build out, train, and manage the field electrical technicians for CCR O&M. This group managed over 3 GWs of operating solar assets with zero OSHA recordable injuries and 99.7% system availability. Prior to CCR, Justin was Director of Operations at Baker Renewable Energy (Baker Roofing) from 2014-2016. In this role Justin managed all aspects of estimating, engineering, procurement and construction.


MALLORY FOUNTAIN
Corporate Controller
Mallory earned her BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Entrepreneurship from Mars Hill University, where she was a member of the Alpha Chi National Honor Society and graduated Suma Cum Laude. She earned her Masters of Accountancy from Western Carolina University while working in public accounting and after four years of tax and two years of audit, she furthered her career by exploring opportunities in corporate accounting. Mallory now has over 15 years of professional experience in Accounting, Finance and Management including financial analysis and reporting, forecasting, and facilitating cross-departmental communication. Prior to joining ACT, Mallory worked for Pine Gate Renewables where she was responsible for building out the accounting team as the Corporate Accounting Manager.
BECKY COOPER
General Counsel
Rebecca is a North Carolina licensed attorney and a mechanical engineer. Rebecca earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a JD from Campbell University School of Law where she was on Campbell’s Law Review and graduated Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, Rebecca worked with the North Carolina Sustainable Energy Association where she was introduced to the legal intricacies of the renewable energy industry. Rebecca also has professional legal experience in litigation, construction law, and patents. Prior to her career in law, Rebecca was an engineer at Duke Energy’s Brunswick Nuclear Plant where she was responsible for monitoring and maintaining plant systems, as well as ensuring plant compliance with federal regulations. As ACT Power's General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, she can blend her engineering and legal skills to bring a unique perspective to solar O&M.


IMRAN HASSAN
Director of Technical Operations
Imran Hassan is a senior member of our team, responsible for the technical oversight of our operations. Imran has a BS in Electrical Engineering and 15+ years of experience in the renewable energies industry and telecommunication sectors. Prior to joining ACT, Imran worked with NextEra Energy, Goldman Sachs and Cypress Creek Renewables, where he focused on PV performance optimization and management of acquired assets. Imran's deep experience spans all aspects of solar operations and includes over 3GW of field inspections, commissioning and configuring countless DAS/SCADA systems, facility retrofits, and O&M process optimization.
SEAN MCCORMICK
Director of Compliance
Sean brings a great combination of solar operations experience and NERC compliance expertise to the team. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University. Prior to joining ACT, Sean spent over five years at Cypress Creek Renewables performing roles as a System Performance Engineer, Control Center Manager, and Director of Operational Compliance. His accomplishments in those roles include developing operations procedures, training operations personnel, implementing NERC compliance policies and processes, and successfully completing a SERC audit with no findings. Sean is a NERC Certified System Operator and has been an active member of NERC and solar industry initiatives promoting reliable integration of renewables into the bulk electric system.


GLENN FITZGERALD
Director of Field Operations
Glenn has nearly a decade of utility scale solar O&M experience. Glenn earned a BS in Appropriate Technology from Appalachian State University and has been working hard to improve the value of renewable energy ever since. Glenn holds numerous Inverter OEM Service certifications and is a level 2 Thermographer. Glenn began his career with Baker Renewables as an Asset Management and Protection Construction Manager. He then transitioned to Cypress Creek Renewables where he was instrumental in developing one of the industry's first comprehensive drone programs and was promoted to a Regional Manager in charge of over 700 MWdc of PV facilities. Immediately prior to joining the ACT Team, Glenn was a Manager for the Special Projects Group at CCR. In this role Glenn helped manage insurance and large warranty claims, lead root cause analysis task forces, and other technical and logistical services.
DREW LEON
Director of Field Support Services
Drew Leon is an experienced solar operations manager with over a decade of successful experience working for organizations in the utility solar market. Drew holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Appropriate Technology from Appalachian State University, is an authorized OSHA General Industry Outreach trainer, FAA Part 107 remote pilot, has held a NABCEP installer license for 6 years, and holds multiple industry specific certifications for medium-voltage, thermography, and inverter equipment. Drew has had a unique perspective in the solar industry, starting as a QC/QA lead with Strata Solar on their first 500MW which led to a role as an Asset Manager with RadianGEN where he was able to leverage his commissioning experience to remotely manage operations on another 500mw of projects ranging from 50kw-15mw and located between southern California and Northern Ontario. He later joined Cypress Creek Renewables as one of the first Plant Managers within the company for a 75MW site owned by a utility. Drew went on to design and implement a transformer oil testing program and focused on substation safety and maintenance. Drew is currently acting as the Co-Director of Field Operations at ACT Power Services where he is able to utilize his unique background to help the organization grow into one of the top and most reliable O&M providers in the US.
